Let's not jump to conclusions yet...   Based on what I saw this past week, days on market for active listings is trending down. Multiple offers are back in style and cash buyers are back in town. All signs point towards an "early spring market," but what's really going on?   While I am out showing homes with active buyers; it's a race to find the balance between the ideal home, comfortable price and the wicked witch of the west INTEREST RATES. Now, we don't control the rates, we don't set the price of homes, unless you are selling, which means your understanding of the market and your desires need to be dialed in.
